Nicky O Foundation

Nick O'Neill died in the tragic nightclub fire in Warwick, RI in February, 2003. Nick was only 18 years old and he is the son of Dave Kane. At the request of Nicky's parents, the Nicky O Foundation was created in his honor.

Music was a big part of Nick O'Neill's life and his outgoing personality touched the lives of many others. As a fitting tribute, the Nicky O' Foundation was created to recognize the musical talents of young people who otherwise would have no opportunity to pursue their musical aspirations and assist them in realizing their dreams.

The Foundation raises funds that will provide scholarships in the music and performing arts to talented young musicians and performers. These donated funds will be used for, but not limited to, the financing of music lessons, and the rental or purchase of musical instruments.

A special CD of Nick's music is available through the Council for Children. This very special disc contains original songs composed and performed by Nick and his band, Shryne. Proceeds of the sale of this CD directly benefit the Nicky O Foundation. Please contact the Council at 508-226-2336 to purchase your copy. Or send us an email to find out more!

Nick's CD is available on on auction on EBAY!  Please spread the word!!!!
